Saturday, October 3, 2009 | 9:00am – 12:00pm This round-robin competition will have teams made up of 2 men and 2 women. Entry fee is $100 per team.
100% of the proceeds from this round-robin team competition will benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Hawaii Affiliate, the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists.
Additional donations will be gratefully appreciated.

Join the USTA Hawaii Pacific Section in honoring the extraordinary individuals, organizations and facilities that support our mission to promote and develop the growth of tennis. This evening will also induct the USTA Hawaii Pacific Section 2009 Tennis Hall of Fame recipients and celebrate the outstanding volunteers, juniors, families, facilities, organizations in every district. Mahalo to Kahiau: A Tennis Foundation for facilitating the Tennis Hall of Fame.

Nominations are being accepted for all Annual Award categories. All nominees must be current USTA members and adequate reasoning (i.e., service, accomplishments, awards) is REQUIRED for each nomination to be considered. Nomination deadline: Friday, August 21, 2009.

Youth Day
at the Hawaii State Capitol

Last year, over 35,000 people played on the grounds and surrounding streets of the Hawaii State Capitol to participate in this free, fun-filled and family-friendly event. Who thought you would see mini tennis courts and tennis balls on Punchbowl Street? Join us once again as we bring tennis to the streets with a smashing Tennis Block Party!
Admission is FREE and parking available at surrounding municipal lots.
